    The bathroom was huge, it was the size of a bedroom and had a large window, seperate shower and tub and lots of space, the bed was very clean and comfortable and lots of room in the bedroom as well.     The Kennard is absolutely exceptional!! It was by far the best place we stayed in during a 10 days trip to London and South-England. The extremely friendly owners run the hotel by creating a very warm and welcoming athmosphere.     We were made to feel very welcome and no question went unanswered. The rooms were small but really nicely decorated. It was such good value for money, centrally located and the breakfast was vast. You need to be aware that the guesthouse is the sister house to The Albany which is at 24 Crescent gardens so you go there for breakfast but it's fon... what people say » dly a few doors down and means that Albany 33 is quiet with only 4 rooms. Would definitely stay there again, couldn't recommend it highly enough! - Mark and Mary were delightful hosts, attentive to our needs and wishes, plus interesting to talk to as well. The breakfasts were excelent. The room and bed were very comfortable, the facilities clean and new. Sharing a bathroom was not a problem, as there were 2-1/2 baths to chose from. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown and the Royal Crescent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. We'd stay there whenever we're in Bath again.

    The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the centre of the city by foot. Janet, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and really cozy as well. The room my daughters stayed in had a lovely view of the garden, and they said it was real treat to enjoy breakfast by that window in the mornings. - ... what people say » Hi, I stayed at this B&B for only one night but if I ever go back to Bath I will stay there again for sure.     This place is a gem! We stayed in the apartment for two nights, which has all you need including central heating, king sized bed with duvet and two pillows each, shower room with power shower and plenty of hot water, separate living/ dining area with dining table, comfortable settee, TV and DVD, separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine... what people say » , fridge/ freezer, full sized oven with gas hob and good supply of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Outside there is a south facing patio garden that - Fab place to stay. Nothing was too much for the owners. We were made to feel welcome from the start and the breakfast was plenty to keep us going for most of the day! The town was a short walk away - prob about 10 minutes. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quieter than expected as it is on a busy main road. There is no parking available but we were provided with a parking permit as soon as we arrived which saved us a lot of money on parking fees. I would definitely stay there again.
