    First impression was the reception area really lovely and wecoming .Beautiful Christmas tree. Second impression the lovely staff on reception who made me feel so welcome. also the staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .Third impression the bedroom lovely and warm and clean. I will be back to your hotel and I am bringing my friends with me. Thank You. - The location was excellent. Very close to everything, which was what we needed as we had never been to Newcastle before. The restaurant was great and the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    For a guest house in a large city this was an excellent choice. There was on site parking which is a bonus as parking in Jesmond is difficult It is close to the city centre but also with easy routes to the coastal areas. Having stayed in Jesmond in the past I am aware that parts of it can be noisy with pubs etc but the Jesmond Park is in a quiet l... what people say » ocation but only a few minutes walk to pubs and restaurants for those wanting that experience. The Guest House was clean and very comfortable with fr - As soon as I arrived at the Jesmond Park Hotel I was made to feel welcome. I stayed as a solo traveller and the hotel provided me with everything I needed. The free parking was very handy, as was the free wi-fi. The cooked full English breakfast was also great, and the staff who served me were very helpful and friendly; recommending some great restaurants nearby.     I booked the Hotel for a Special family get-together therefore having the bars and in particular the restaurant all under one roof meant that we could have a pre-dinner drink, change go to the restaurant and then have the use of a residents only bar afterwards meant there was something for everyone.
