The rate (60 quid) and the breakfast! Also within walking distance of the MEN arena where I saw the fabulous Neil Diamond in concert - a cracker of a show as always. Also good parking facilities, a health club on site (did not have time to use), and a strong shower. - I liked the fact that we could use the pool and other facilities whilstwe were st

Great location yards away from Harvey Nichols and selfridges also next
to an array of restaurants. We ate at zizzi before a concert at the men.
Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely
helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and
warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to
check-in and the staff were really nice. There weren't enough tea
bags and milk as I drink lots of cuppas but I went to reception and they
have loads there and they encouraged me to take as many as I want

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

The friendly attitude of the staff helped us to feel relaxed immediately upon arrival, they were efficient and checking in in was completed quite quickly. It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

The hotel room was immaculate! And the bed was very comfortable and had a lovely nights sleep. Also I'd like to add that the lady who checked myself and my sister into the hotel on the 7th Nov (I believe to be called Amanda, with shortish dark hair) gave such good customer service ! Not only was she friendly and welcoming, but she really put us a

The room was a good size, not cramped with the extra beds as some
'family' rooms are - very smart and comfortable. But the best
thing was the staff - I have never been so impressed by staff anywhere!
Every one we dealt with, from check-in, restaurant, bar and breakfast,
was amazingly helpful, cheerful, and really made us feel genuinely
welcomed. Everything ran smoothly and was well-organised, but it was the
staff's attitudes that was the most outstanding. Also the choice of
meals and breakfast
