Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything about the stay was excellent, from the moment we dropped our bags off (earlier than check-in) to actually being shown the room (bed was so comfortable), to the bar and bistro.
Found all staff excellent, very friendly and very helpful (recently back from Las Vegas where I stayed in a supposed luxury hotel! everything was the complete opposite too the Hotel du Vin).
Both of us wished we had booked that extra day!
