  This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well.   Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

  We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend.   The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (... what people say » where you don't often get that). Location second to none. - The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.

Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.
