The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. I will be stopping again when next in office

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Peter and Carolina. Breakfast was great. The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to Hammersmith Tube Station. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! We have been staying regularly at this apartment hotel for almost 40
years and have always had excellent service from the cordial and
efficient staff. The location is superb, the rooms are spacious with a
separate full kitchen and bathroom. There is free wifi and the only
suggestion I would make is the addition of a safe in the studio apt.

A bit hot late evening as due to the hotel's location the air-conditioning has to be switched off over night. We rang reception and asked for a fan and it was delivered to our room within 5 mins. The staff were all helpful and very friendly, and the decor and cleanliness of the room and the hotel was excellent.
