Welcoming friendly staff, lovely breakfast included and overall a great restaurant. The specials were at least a 4 star quality experience. Great attention to detail and presentation of the plates. All the staff were very helpful. Magda the assistant manager is a ROCK STAR. On top of everything and helpful with any request!!
Bedding was quite comfortable and the i-pod/i-phone dock was a welcome surprise!
While there was no lift...the stairs gave me my daily workout :-) and the staff was gracio

It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

We had the absolute best experience at the London Visitors Hotel. It is a beautiful building, lovingly remodeled. Our room was plenty big for 3 adults and an 11 year old. The staff was absolutely amazing, very kind and attentive. I had to take a trip to the ER and the staff called a taxi for us, offered to make me chamomile tea while we waited, and was genuinely worried. You don't find that kind of concern everywhere! At Holland Apartements you get excellent service, and get to stay in a clean and tidy apartement. There is no luxury, but you get value for your money. Staying there with childre the age 9 and 12 worked just fine, but we were a lot out of the house. Finding a place to eat nearby is no problem, and if you are not willing to walk the 15 minutes to Shepards Bush metro station, you can take the bus.
