  The location was perfect! We went for a concert, literally a 5 minute walk to the arena, a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre and the Christmas market was down the road. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Parking was also perfect as it was cheap and right opposite the hotel. Also, considering how close we were to pubs and clubs, we couldn't hea... what people say » r a thing from our room. Would definitely choose this hotel again. - The staff were excellent. They helped me with printing business documents, getting wi-fi access and even lent me a sewing kit! They also gave me extra tea and coffee and advised me on getting a taxi. I was impressed by how they helped other customers - someone wanted a Blackberry charger and they went out of their way to find one. The staff were excellent - friendly and professional.

  The breakfast on Monday morning was very good indeed; service was friendly and attentive. My room, although small, was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is well situated next to Nottingham Castle. - The location was ideal only a short walk to the city center and the parking was great and very cheap £5,50 for 24hours

  The Location is perfect just around the corner from the bottom of Hockley, the apartment was beautiful, lots of lovely designer details and very stylish finishes, such as leather feature walls, lots of glass occasional tables, and degner rugs and cushions, felt like a designers own home! I was visiting from Australia, and they are much nicer than ... what people say » similar places in Sydney & Melbourne, I had read a few negative comments about the place, I loved it and would be happy to live in it ( Apartment - We arrived early and the staff were really helpful and actually let us in an hour early, it was so close to all of the Shopping Nottingham has to offer, the apartment was really clean, beds were really comfy, excellent place to stay for Nottingham Arena being only a 3 minute walk away, which is initially why we chose it, but would definitely stay there again.... Can't say enough good things about the service.... Thank you!!!

  The Swimming pool was nice, the staff was extremely friendly and any inconveniences were met with generous offers and gifts to apologize. The breakfast was amazing and not extremely expensive. (we were forced to move room and got some nice sweets and nuts and a bottle of nice wine in return).   Comfortable room and girl in reception - room was bigger than others I've seen and where I paid even more than for the one at Grantham Hotel. To go into town I had to take the Bus, but the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, so after finding out how to do it, I had no further problems.   A Great place tostay easy access to town with friendly accomodating staff. Rooms clean with lots of tea and coffee to keep you gooing. Parts of the room could do with an upgrade. But for the price it was very economical. The balti restuarant was fabulous food and service excellent and even served dinner to the room for my mum.
