  i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

  The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.

It was a magnificent and beautiful Reception. The Receptionist was lovely and attended to every need. Then we got to the room and it surpassed all expectations.   Loved everything about the apartment it was exactly what we wanted in fact stayed in quite a few apartments around Manchester and this was by far the best and will definatley be booking to stay again......in fact sooon as we left we booked to come back the following weekend x - the staff were helpful with booking requirements and was very friendly ... what people say » when we arrived. the place was spotless and we saved money on taxis because of its central location
