The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The only thing was the reception at the hotel is small, when we arrived a large party(around 20) was checking in, so we had quite a time to wait to check in. A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything.
