Very quiet despite being on the corner of Seven Sisters Rd. Opposite the park which was nice. Three mins walk to tube and on good bus routes. Room basic and en suite small but it was perfectly adequate. Free breakfast a bonus. -

My family and I stayed at one of the flats near Emirates Stadium. It was so easy to walk to and from the tube, and it was across the street from a very nice market for food and other supplies, and just up the street was a lovely community church which we attended and was warmly welcomed.

Don't expect luxury for this sort of money in london! I stayed
across the street from the main building which I suspect may be slightly
more modern. Pleasant enough staff. The location was ideal for me, on a
quiet side street and a 10 minute walk to emmirates stadium. Biggest
positive was the guranteed parking for £5 extra.

Excellent accommodation. Decoration and fixtures are of a very high standard. Staff really helpful and friendly, we were there for a concert at the Emirates so parking was for residents only, so they arranged permits for us as well. Excellent location with rail/bus connection 50 yards away. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be.

We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.

I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome.
