  Very quiet despite being on the corner of Seven Sisters Rd. Opposite the park which was nice. Three mins walk to tube and on good bus routes. Room basic and en suite small but it was perfectly adequate. Free breakfast a bonus. - The location, plenty of secure parking, very friendly staff who allowed us to check in early.   My family and I stayed at one of the flats near Emirates Stadium. It was so easy to walk to and from the tube, and it was across the street from a very nice market for food and other supplies, and just up the street was a lovely community church which we attended and was warmly welcomed. The staff where very helpful and made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable duri - Don't expect luxury for this sort of money in london! I stayed across the street from the main building which I suspect may be slightly more modern. Pleasant enough staff. The location was ideal for me, on a quiet side street and a 10 minute walk to emmirates stadium. Biggest positive was the guranteed parking for £5 extra.

Excellent location with rail/bus connection 50 yards away. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

  After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be. I booked this for myself, mother and bridesmaids as we were traveling from Northern Ireland over for dresses for the BM's. The sofa was already set up as the second bed and everywhere was clean and - We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.
