  The staff were excellent at the hotel. After being very confused and taken to the other Premier Inn where the staff did not have a clue how we could get to the other hotel as they said they did not have a shuttle the staff att he hotel I had booked difused the situation and granted us free shuttle service for the next day. The head housekeeper took me to the hospital and offered to pick me up. They were just fantastic. I was able to stay for a second night without any problem abnd as I was unsure when my husband would be out of hospital they were happy to keep the room open for me.

  Absolutely loved it from the minute I turned off the main road, to find a Premier Inn tucked away in woodland so close to Gatwick Airport was a surprise.   Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable and I asked for a room at the rear incase there was noise from the road. We had no noise at all from outside, walls well soundproofed. Shower was fantastic, big and - We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke.
