All was perfect. The location is very close to city centre just 5 or 10 minutes walk. The room is quite nice and clean, there is enough space to store things or to work and there is a kettle in the room. Very friendly staff in Reception, allowing me to check-in well before the time I was supposed to. Also the best latte and danish pastry I had for a while! So close to Piccadilly Station and Canal Street, a couple of minutes walk.
Kettle in room with some tea and coffee. Plenty of storage and basic shower room and toilet. Can't ask for more. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

Although the hotel was at the opposite end of Mancester to where I would normally stay I was very impressed with how accessible everything was, the significant cost saving on some of my usual hotels, combined with the excellent modern facilities, such as the Bose iPod dock made the whole experience so much more comfortable. Corridor to the rooms very quiet and beautiful carpet and lighting. The hotel room was immaculate! And the bed was very comfortable and had a lovely nights sleep. Also I'd like to add that the lady who checked myself and my sister into the hotel on the 7th Nov (I believe to be called Amanda, with shortish dark hair) gave such good customer service ! The room was a good size, not cramped with the extra beds as some
'family' rooms are - very smart and comfortable. But the best
thing was the staff - I have never been so impressed by staff anywhere!
Every one we dealt with, from check-in, restaurant, bar and breakfast,
was amazingly helpful, cheerful, and really made us feel genuinely
welcomed. Everything ran smoothly and was well-organised, but it was the
staff's attitudes that was the most outstanding. Also the choice of
meals and breakfast
