  Friendly helpful staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and ready to provide assistance and information as required. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.
