  Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... what people say » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.
