I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up

A warm welcome given to my group on our arrival.As usual everything was ready for us, we have visited 3 years on the run and have always been happy with the hotel and its owners Frank and Chris. Their staff are pleasent and helpful.

We loved everything about this hotel. The owners could not have been more helpful, from advice about the local area, helping us get a table at a restaurant to helping us with a car problem. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, roomy and very tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were really good. The hotel is centrally located and a very short and easy walk to many restaurants and pubs and to the pier and beach front. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough!

We were going to the theatre and my daughter had missed the train. Eileen, the landlady, was very helpful providing us with the phone number of a reliable taxi firm which collected her from Llandudno Junction and for a taxi to be ready to collect her. Without Eileen's help she would have missed the play.

Warm, friendly welcome. Tea and biscuits on arrival. Arranged evening meal at short notice and it was lovely.Warm and comfortable room with wonderful views of each bay and the town. Fabulous cooked breakfast. Only stopped for one night but Eileen and John were extremely welcoming. We'd certainly stay with them again.

Just back from a one night stay at this well positioned, traditional b & b in Llandudno. A warm welcome, comfy room with a large array of extras (tea, coffee, hot chic, biscuits, toiletries etc.) I was travelling with my son so security was important to me and I felt safe here with a permanently locked front door. Everything, from the out-of-their-way friendliness of the hosts to the cleanliness and comfort of the B&B itself, was perfect. We feel very lucky to have found this little gem :) We will definitely be going back. It's situated in a nice area, not too busy or too isolated. Oh, and last but by no means least, The Breakfast. Yes, with capital letters, it is THAT good!!

Lovely welcoming owners. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The room was great and a fantastic location.
