Thank you - excellent all around - it ooooozzzzes quality from
furnishings, food, entertainment, staff... The list goes on and on.
Bristling with friendly, professional staff who give the impression they
are really happy being there - surely an excellent sign! The
owners/investors should be congratulated on running a hotel "as
it should be run" - ... what people say » the larger chains should be quite ashamed with
what they offer in comparison to the Tynedale. So often, nowadays, it is
all "down to a price" instead -
The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

Closely situtated near to the beachfront, shops, bars and restaurants. We were met by the owner who was a very friendly man. The hotel was lovely and clean and very nicely presented. We were shown to our room which was a lovely double bed.( My husband had booked this for me so I did not have to stay in our house while plumbers were working there). It was a beautiful room and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was furbished with matching decour, soap and shampoo were provided in the la

Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!

A hidden gem. Immaculately clean and run by one of the friendliest families you could meet. The B & B experience at its best, clean fresh rooms and a delicious breakfast. Relaxing quiet lounge bar at cheaper than pub prices just to top it off.

Stuart and Pat are wonderful hosts. Stuart helped to carry our luggage to our room and was offered a cup of tea or coffee when we arrived.
