The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, as a ceoliac I was made more than welcome and given plenty of choice when it came to menus. All the staff where really helpfull and friendly and we where made to feel extremely welcome. - Really good experience. Lovely situation.
