The Park Grand guest rooms were small but stylish, with nice clean functional bathrooms. The location is within a five minute walk to Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations and all points in London are easily accessible via the tube. The breakfast was the tatsiest I found in the area. The staff were very professional, unfailingly cheerful, very helpful and very obliging. I would recommend guests stay at the hotel for either business or pleasure. -
We booked three rooms: the double bed which was not small and not big ( you have space for your luggage ) and the toilet was good, the club room which was verrry spacious in every thing, the junior room which is obviously the biggest one! All beds are comfortable, very clean, room had all facilities you need, the area around the hotel is very quiet and very new. Deserves the 4 stars and very valuable. Last but not least, there's a supermarket near by!
