The room(102)was lovely.modern.fridge,microwave,tea/coffee making facilities,beautifully decorated and comfortable,modern bathroom with large shower.Staff friendly and helpful,luggage storage..Some people seemed to have less good rooms,especially we heard people complaining of standard of basement rooms,we were on room only but they gave breakfast box complementary.Our luggage was brought to room without our having to ask.

Of particular interest to me was the fact that there were plenty of pillows on the bed and included one really soft one.
