  Location is excellent - walking distance from 2 tube stations - Waterloo and Westminster. The area is buzzing with life - as it offers the best views of Big Ben and houses of Parliament and there are 3 main attractions - London Eye, Sea Life and London Dungeons. Family room was actually big enough for a family. 3 proper beds (2 singles and a double). 4 mugs in the room and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows.   All the staff were friendly, (even though it was a big modern hotel)they were courteous and very helpful. A young man warmly greeted us atthe entrance when we arrived in the taxi and this warm welcome extendedto the checking in desk.   We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. Upon arrival the staff met with us on time and at the location with all the information needed. Additionally, there were extra keys since we had quite a few people. I cannot fault the service they gave, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location excellent.
