  On the scheduled dates of our stay the hotel suffered a leak. We were put into an apartment in another location the staff were most helpful and arranged the travel arrangements. Having never stayed there i would still recommend it due to the extremely helpful nature of the staff - everything about it. been 2 other hotels in liverpool did not get th... what people say » e same welcome. will be back.

  Had a great stay, perfect location between the city and Anfield and excellent value for money. Kylie one of the staff there even dropped us to town on one of the nights!
