  Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.

Helped with luggage up stairs and very helpful with directions etc. Staff in breakfast room also very friendly and would have made you anything. Breakfast lovely. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying.   The whole Hilton, paddington experience for my girls weekend was fabulous, stepping off the train and straight in, check in, leave luggage with sweet gentlemen in reception and when we got back and went to our room, it was beautiful, spacious, newly decorated, new, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous, first class.
