I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

We traveled to London with my mum in Oct 2013. My first comment is, 10 Pembridge gardens is the cleanest hotel that I ever stayed in London.. Very friendly staff, especially dear Manu Mohan :) hotel is only 200 steps away from Notting Hill gate tube station. Very close to Tesco, Boots and some more cafes. Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome.
Luxury hotel.
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost.
Very good attention to detail to the smaller things.
Outstanding cleanliness.

Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful.

The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.
