Unobtrusive but helpful and friendly service. The room was small, but entirely adequate and well equipped. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very convenient to Gloucester Road tube station. - I sent two elderly aunts on this trip and they had a wonderful time. Staff were friendly, respectful and courteous. So, thank you.

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
We would definately stay there again. - Check in was at Topham's Hotel several doors up the street, seemed to be much higher standard than the Mews down the road which had no staff presence.

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner
