  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... what people say » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou

  I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice. The rooms are typical London size, small, but very nice. The towels in the bathroom were incredible... what people say » - huge and fluffy! Having the use of the iPad to place room service orders made it very nice to avoid early morning calls. I had dinner at the restau - Lovely hotel. Fine hospitality, pleasant, helpful staff; beautiful, quiet room; comfortable bed with luxurious bedding; good amenities; soft, thick towels and robe. Very clean with a modern but warm ambiance. Whimsical, luxurious touches e.g. artistic swan sculpted from towels; pleasant rooms for dining.   it was very clean. the staff were most helpful. the room was amazing with tea and coffee making facilities, state of the art TV and superb bathroom. i would stay again without a doubt. - A very nice hotel, I was very pleased to stay there. Massively better experience than slightly cheaper hotels around in the same area.

  We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal... what people say » k from the nearest station and only a 2 min stroll from the park so everything was close enough by. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.
