  B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels).   I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice. The rooms are typical London size, small, but very nice. The towels in the bathroom were incredible... what people say » - huge and fluffy! Having the use of the iPad to place room service orders made it very nice to avoid early morning calls. I had dinner at the restau - Lovely hotel. Fine hospitality, pleasant, helpful staff; beautiful, quiet room; comfortable bed with luxurious bedding; good amenities; soft, thick towels and robe. Very clean with a modern but warm ambiance. Whimsical, luxurious touches e.g. artistic swan sculpted from towels; pleasant rooms for dining. Convenient location for underground (short walk to Earl's Court) and some major cultural and other sights.

  it was very clean. the staff were most helpful. the room was amazing with tea and coffee making facilities, state of the art TV and superb bathroom. i would stay again without a doubt. - A very nice hotel, I was very pleased to stay there. Massively better experience than slightly cheaper hotels around in the same area.

  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... what people say » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou
