  The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided.   Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled. We are both straight and hadn't realised this was a gay friendly venue, but that made our evening all the more interesting. The drag act was excellent haven't laughed that much in years. Luckily I had my older daughter However the staff and welsh owner were excellent and made us feel relaxed.

  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel for 4 days and booked one of the studios, which was on the other side of the street. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean.
