I liked the location .it was very close to the underground.5 minutes walking. and from the bus station, too. direct route with the underground to the centre, almost 15 minutes and with the bus 30 minutes. Next time I came to London, this hotel will be my first choice. I liked it very much because I paied the money when I arrived. They had trust.Thank you.

The location was perfect. A beautiful and quiet part of London close to Finsbury Park and Emirates Stadium. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and large (but no hot water on arrival evening ruined this!).
It as cheap, clean and convenient. liked how we could leave our luggage in secure room all day whilst we went into City and it was free to leave bags unlike other places we have stayed at previously where you have to pay.
Location perfect! Near to the underground, which brings you in 5 minutes to the center of London. Staff really helpful and nice!.

It was close to the metro and in a main station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and located in a quiet street.

To be completely honest, I was very worried about this hotel. After I
booked I saw lots of negative reviews, and the main problem was always
'no hot water.' But thankfully that wasn't the case for us,
even with regards to heating in the room. The room was always cosy, it
wasn't very big, but it was enough for the 3 of us, we didn't
stay long anyway we spent most of the days out. Also it's very close
to Finsbury Park Station, easy to find. They also have a luggage room
were we could keep our lug.
the second room was better we had heating hot water and tea making facilities, but we will never go back to park view again.

The ammenities is ok. The furniture is ok. The place is great no cars and noise to hear. But you can hear the steps from stairs.

There was no hot water the afternoon/evening we arrived. There were no tea/coffee making facilities. Although large and spacious this did not feel like a superior room, rather a recently done up standard room with no extras.
Cant complain too much as it was a cheap budget hotel and as we only stayed one night it didnt matter it wasnt luxurious.
Heating was not adjustable, so extremely hot in the room. The beds were not that comfortable, but okay for 2 nights. Please do sth about the weird noises during the nights (mouses?), it is a bit creepy.
Broken electric si let in bedroom however 2 others working well.. nil air con very warm during our visit.
The hotel booking included wifi, after telling the staff members everyday of our stay the wifi wasn't working, there was no recompensation for this. They expected us to sit in the lobby which was located about 50m from our apartment after a long day instead of actually fixing the wifi. We ended up paying for wifi card.

On the website it says that there are free wifi everywhere at the hotel, but you can only get wifi in the reception on the other side of the street. That's kind of annoying, when you have planned to go on the internet in your room...
There was no WiFi in our room, on the website it said there would be
everywhere but you have to cross the road and go to the reception to
connect. Also there are no lamps next to the beds, if you want to read a
book before you go to sleep you can't b/c you have to leave the
room lights on. Also the breakfast in very poor, some cereal, orange
juice and toast with ham and cheese.
the room was freezing cold no heating, no hot water couldn't have a shower,we packed up next day to go to another hotel but they gave us another room which was better, and the plug was missing in the sink.
there was no cabinet in the room where we could put our clothes.
No tea or coffee facilities, no hot water at 07:30, staff said there had been a fault with the boiler. Check in took to long, not enough people on reception. Directions for parking were poor & although we had reserved a space, non were available.
Lack of maintenance ie 240volt socket loose burnt markings on another and one not working
Broken floor tiles on bathroom floor danger of bare feet getting cut shower head needs replacing water spraying everywhere.

The room had a bad smell when I arrived and when I tried to plug my phone into the socket behind the bed, it was filthy. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and it was similar to sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa bed. The room didnt have any lamps to use as a reading light a night. The overall quality of the room was poor and I wouldnt rush back to stay there in future.
very basic. only JUST clean. staff very brusque. our bathroom smelt of damp. no kettle. vary basic breakfast - slice of 'plastic ham' and cheese slices, toast and cheap cornflakes!. cobwebs everywhere. not cleaned everyday that we could see. beds not made everyday.
Room was of backpackers standard only. Uneven floor, no air conditioning, tiny bathroom. Poor value for money.
Boiler is not working all the time. No hot water to take a shower. Wifi is not working in the room. It's horrible!!.
They need not clean the room. never tidy the bed, no hand towel. lack of sugar and milk. The radiator not working. and the bathroom was realy cold came from the window.
Wasn't very clean - reminded me of a student bedsit. Smelt of
cigarettes. Beds cheap and uncomfortable. Only 3 tea cups. Confirmed
booking for 3 single + 1 double, ended up with 2 double 1 single.
No heating no light bulbs it stunk of smoke my son an I felt unsafe :(.

Room was surprising a relief and relatively clean but all furniture was
old and tatty. Floor had bits missing and the bath was rusty!
Considering we paid £130 for one night was very disappointed!.
