  Room was lovely and clean, a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a problem. We ate in the ajoining chinese restaurant and the food was exellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant. My only complaint would be the lifts, they seemed to take such a long time to come, but this wasn't a major issue we just used the stai... what people say » rs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Location was exactly what we wanted. Very good value for money. Twin room was very nice. Staff were polite and efficient. Had a drink in the bar on return from watching Wicked the musical, Staff very welcoming. Excellent location for shopping. Comfortable beds. Shower was very nice, could have stayed in it all day!! Slept well!!!

  Location, location, location. This hotel is in such a great spot walking distance from so much but also there is a subway right down the street for even easier travel.   This is a very good hotel's choice: few minutes from Waterloo underground station and around 10 minutes walking up to London Eye. The room is large and clean and hotel's staff presents a extremely warmth treatment during all the time we've spent there.   Very welcoming stay, breakfast was very nice and plentyful. Room was basic but clean, I would recommend this hotel as it is central to all the main attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. - Courteous helpful staff, very very clean, excellent food - a very well run medium priced hotel

  We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal... what people say » k from the nearest station and only a 2 min stroll from the park so everything was close enough by. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.
