  All the staff were friendly, (even though it was a big modern hotel)they were courteous and very helpful. A young man warmly greeted us atthe entrance when we arrived in the taxi and this warm welcome extendedto the checking in desk. Throughout we were treated as though we werethe most important customers they had (as I am sure were other guests)ev... what people say » en though we are just an ordinary couple. - We stayed in a double room that was like a one bedroom apartment whichgives you a sense of space which you do not often found at hotels inEurope. The decor was very modern with a lot extras. Considering therate we paid, this hotel is five star compared to other hotels we stayedat before. It's location with regards to transport in and around Londoncan not get any better.

  Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests. Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.   We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch.   The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal.   We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab!
