  Staff were very professional when communicating by phone, e-mail and face to face. Both Ziad and Prince were professional and made our stay very pleasurable. Ziad made us aware on everything in regards to our booking and Prince met us at arrival of our check in and showed us everything we needed including the flat facilities and what we needed to ... what people say » do when we was going to check out. This really helped as it made our stay stress free and it meant we could really enjoy the apartment and Salford Qua - Friendly helpful staff. Spacious accommodation, well equipped. I was upgraded and enjoyed the extra space. Compared to a hotel, it's great to have a proper sofa to sit and room to move around.
