  The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.   the staff was really welcoming and friendly, they called to confirm our arrival time and were really quick and efficient. I have stayed at rotana apartments a few times before and will continue to book rooms with them. they also upgrade to two bedrooms if available. excellent service. will definitely recommend to friends and family. - Very clean... what people say » , tea & coffee provided, I was personally shown into the flat which was a nice touch (many aparthotels just email an entry code) and it had a lovely open balcony. I was upgraded free of charge to a 2 bed flat because a pipe burst in the studio apartment I had booked... I really can't fault the flat OR customer service!

Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. I will definitely return in the near future - I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

It was exactly as the pictures showed! The rooms were large and clean. I don't know how stupid other reviewers are, but the heating was simple enough to turn on following the instructions. Would definately stay there again!
