  Hotel in excellent location,2mins from Paddington tube and train station. Hotel is located on a quite street so no noise from outside which is unusual for a hotel in such a central location! Staff were very helpful when we asked them questions about where things were, prices of taxi's etc.The hotel also has a luggage room- very handy if you have a ... what people say » late flight on departure day! - The management obviously refurbishes so that the rooms feel new and fresh despite being 5 years old. No frills toileries and refreshments in room are all that's required and keep costs to a minimum. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Couldn't be more professional.
