The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The first room we got was leaning a bit and sensitive as we are we asked for another room and the staff helped us with everything and we got a superb room right away instead :) Big and spacy rooms with wooden floors instead of a carpet!
The breakfast was excellent and pretty much everything you want they had and more as well.
Nice area close to supermarkets and very close to the underground station. Around 3-5 min walk. The hotel is located

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided. It proved to be a convenient position for gaining access to central London fairly quickly & I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting my daughter in Tower Hamlet. -

We enjoyed the facilities, the flat was always warm, comfortable & had plenty hot water for a shower,
more importantly it was really clean throughout and it's location was ideal.

Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

Don't expect luxury for this sort of money in london! I stayed
across the street from the main building which I suspect may be slightly
more modern. Pleasant enough staff. The location was ideal for me, on a
quiet side street and a 10 minute walk to emmirates stadium. Biggest
positive was the guranteed parking for £5 extra.

Location, size of the room, very comfy, facilities in the room, cost.
After reading a lot of the negative reviews I was quite worried about visiting but for the price that I paid it was a good place to stop overnight and ideal for what we wanted.
