This truly isd (in every sense) a 5** - Although a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, there is such a friendly and helpful attitude amongst all the staff. The location is excellent, in a beautiful, quiet street, yet 2 minutes from Harrods. The interior design in the guest rooms and public rooms is pure luxury. This hotel is nothing short of perfect.

  The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff.
