Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

Great location especially if travelling from the North (from the M1). Free, ample street parking in a good area (on a weekend) and very convenient for the tube (just over the road).

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Hyde Park by bus 16 or 98. Very conveniently located near walking distance to Starbucks and convenience stores. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. My friends and myself will most definitely will be going to be booking this hotel. -

Car park space when we arrived at 1pm.
Large comfy clean modern room.
Adequate breakfast, although continental it also had sausages, beans & scrambled egg.
15 mins flat walk along to Finchley central tube. Seemed safe area.
