Easy drive from M1 Car park space when we arrived at 1pm. Large comfy clean modern room. Adequate breakfast, although continental it also had sausages, beans & scrambled egg. 15 mins flat walk along to Finchley central tube. Seemed safe area. Went to the O2, one easy tube change. Culturally sensitive staff could not have been more helpful. Kosher breakfast option and provision of non-electronic key for use on Sabbath particularly valued. We generally loved the hotel and would certainly come again.

Free car parking and bus stops outside hotel to central London and other areas. As a Jewish Sabbath observant couple,we were impressed with the efforts that the hotel made to ensure that we were able to enjoy and observe the Sabbath,and also eat kosher food at breakfast. The hotel was extremely clean and well managed. It was tremendously good value. The room was large and comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Eveyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety on its menu. The rooms clean and modern. I would stay there again. First class, location excellent bus stop just outside entrance, large comforable double room plus Beverly makes a great breakfast. the staff and the cleanliness were excellent. Position of the property meant that it was quite noisey thoughout the night. very helpfull stuff. speciouse room, nice breakfest and good location, easy eccess to golders green underground. It was close to were we needed to be........ the stuff was quite nice and always helpfull. Ease of location & free parking. Lcation, clean, staff. Very clean rooms. All good. One kettle did not work properly. Could have done with a bit more space for clothes e.g. 2 or 3 drawers. Unable to light sabbath candles due to fire regulations (understandable though). Not enough tables at breakfast and waiting for refill of food butter trays cutlery and crockery. Too many people in small area trying to serve themselves. It is a significant distance (approx 15 minutes walk uphill) to the nearest tube station. Nothing. The soulesssness of the dining area in the evening. Only getting two small mushrooms on the starter dish - not worth the money or effort frankly. Parking is tight. Normally not an issue but overcrowded for special occasions. Make sure guests have parking first. The breakfast area was far too cramped for the number of guests staying in the hotel and to be honest the breakfast itself was quite poor. Other than that I cannot fault the hotel on anything else. Internet service costly, was out for a few days, slow. Room so bare you have no place to hang clothes etc. Breakfast is convenient but the food is minimal. the parking was very difficult and the barrier is not well placed. Squeaky beds need to be addressed (rm 220). Nothing to report. At least a mile from nearest tube station. Not enough table space at breakfast. Could not boost heating to beyond 19 degrees. Had to get up and get my sleeping bag from the car to keep warm during the night. It was a bit pricey for the location, small bar, tea and coffee in the room wasn't replenished on one of the days so we did not have enough tea bags for a first drink. breakfast can be improved public phone at lounge did not function. n/a. There was a member of staff that had gone sick no evening meals were being offered. I was offered take away menus which I ordered from but really not the same!. Kosher breakfast option were slim and repetitive. Also, very unappealing. No free internet. The fact that when I got to the Hotel only one of four room were available. Even though I had spoken to letsbookhotel.com the week before and the Hotel. I was told that I would have to pay an extra £30 per room, due to a mix up with a fax. After a number of hours the issue was resolved. Not much to offer for breakfast!. No issues. no chef to cook the same evening, no full English breakfast, no bacon, no pork sausages. probably due to an indian wedding at the hotel very dissappointed. We arrived and wanted to eat, but the chef was off ill, so the kitchen was closed!! The beds were creaking and felt like they were about to break, we were told that next year they would have new beds!! Breakfast, well it was so busy that lots wasnt available, like eggs, orange juice, sausages were rock hard and they didnt have bacon either. But the staff were super. However I would not stay again. the breakfast was horrible!One of the worst I`ve ever seen in a Hotel!. Room was a bit 'bare'. quality of breakfast, very basic amenities. Lot's of noise coming from main road and doors slamming from within hotel, un-welcoming staff, breakfast is awful (Cooked food is left out overnight and not refreshed the following day). Generally a below average hotel. No bath Noise Wanted to hold on to a copy of the debit card used to pay for the accommodation - We have had cards cloned in London hotels before.
