liked teh restaurant great choice. the rooms where very spacious and teh biggest bed i have ever slept in, bathroom was great with really deep bath, flat screen Tv in room was also great with a good choice of channels, liked breakfast great choice and good price would highly recomend. Super room, lots of space, excellent bed size (work zone double). Girl on desk was the most efficient and pleasant I have seen in a long time and I travel a lot (3 hotels in the past week); the remainder were unfailingly helpful and pleasant too.

About a 10 min walk to a bus station and then a 10 min ride to the nearest tube station. Other than that, this is a great hotel.The location,a sat nav system takes you through Mill Hill to reach thehotel,but it has barriers that are not accessible to the hotel so I hadto drive for another 30 minutes to find the correct route off the m1. Needs a more accessable back road to nearest facilities, should not have to rely on a private road or the M1. accessibility to Edgeware was poor. It's location without transport was very poor, with a several mile walk to the nearest tube station through extremely dangerous areas especially at night.having to walk up the back path to go to and from the taxi pick up point. no not really. there is no public transport close by, perhaps more for people who have cars. no assistance with bags. Lack of tourism information. the breakfast was very expensive, if the three of us would have had breakfast it would have been £60 over the two days, nearly as much as it was to stay at the hotel for the weekend!. We booked dinner bed and breakfast and the dinner was "auful". We hadchicken and mashed potato which had gravy with salad floating in it!Choice was (deliberately) also very limited on a Sunday evening and wehad been looking forward to an evening meal. Had we known (which was notclear on the web site I believe) we would not have booked dinner andeaten during the day elswhere.The pillows; the noise from the railway line. The smoking floor needs to have better extraction. I found the 3rd floor a bit too stale.Not easy to get back to if you stay local i.e. Stanmore. Just the big prices for breakfast, internet etc. no hairdryer. Some distance from the city !!! by bus nr. 113 / stop near hotel is apexcorner then 15 min. Walk / look up exact position of hotel in content ofgps before going. menu's/ choice similar to a pubs--quite poor. quite difficult to access hotel. Bar staff kept disappearing and had to wait to buy a drink. Noise from the trains can be a problem for light sleepers - WLAN did not work in my room - had to sit in reception. It is a bit out of the way and hard to find. It's awful getting out of it when you want to go near junction 4 on the M1. You can't do it and have a big detour. Also, the air con wasn't working properly and it was very hot.a bit noisy as motorway just in front. Location was way out there not easy to find by public transport, i.e. bus or tube. The fact that not even the check in desk staffs' native language was English and therefore difficult to communicate. Did not like the "restaurant" being open plan in the lobby area and had both a TV on and intrusive piped music at the same time!.
