A very comfortable hotel. Very nice, helpful staff. Easy walk to the tube station as well as High Street where you can get all the essentials. About a 25 minute ride into the center of the city and the Northern Line intersects with most of the other lines so it's very easy to get anywhere you want to go. Really a great hotel. very nice boutique hotel, excellent breakfast, excellent staff, very friendly, you feel like you are staying at in your house, very nice garden, calm, breakfast is better than standart english breakfast. safe, big room, if I come again to london definetly I want to stay here.

I thought the staff were very friendly and helpfull, the rooms werespacious and clean and the location was very easy to get to. It was close to the tube station, a quiet neighbourhood and was just what we were looking for. Large rooms, great breakfast, Super confort for the price. location and amenities / friendly atmosphere. proximity to services, good cheap place for London. Breakfast Room Quality. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had many options to choose from and was very good. The double room had lots of space, new TVs with satellite and the bathrooms were clean. Great location with lots of restaurants and a grocery store less than 5 minutes walking.The rooms were large, clean and some had a good view over the rear garden, while the breakfast room was clean and bright, and the food good and promptly served. The position of the hotel is also very good, just 3 minutes walk from the nearest tube station. House had been recently refurbished. Parking outside. Close to tube. At first it seemed quite far out of town, however the tram is only 5 minutes walk away and a very convenient line. From that station you can reach almost all the central London attractions without needing a connection. 20 minutes and you're down town.central heating not working in the bedroom. Staff could have been more helpful. The woman on reception was quite rude when she couldn't find my booking and asked if we were at the right hotel and made no attempt to apologise when the mistake was hers. TV blaring in the corner the whole time. It would have great if satellite tv was available. You need to book parking! I couldn't find a hairdryer. The shower head was loose and would not stay in the holder... had to use it in my hand.... and the showers power button was broken.
