The staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome,we were visiting Albert Hall and was pleasantly surprised the staff remembered the next day,it was the personel touch that made it special and breakfast was good value too. - We only stayed for one night but found it to be excellent in all areas should we need accomadation in london again

This is the second time we have used this hotel. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. Very clean and well decorated room. Comes with TV, wi-fi and kitchen which were all very useful. Is far enough out of the way of the city-centre to be quiet at night, while being 2 minutes walk away from the tube station. I would highly recommend staying here.
