The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne ... what people say » because it was our anniversary (and we'd spent quite a bit on champagne in there already!). I like the no fuss "fit for purpose" room accommodation which fitted my budget visiting London. The rooms and beds are clean. The shared toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The proximity to Earls Crt station and within Zone 1 Underground stations met my touristy needs. We also needed the kitchen facilities and coin operated clothes washing & drying equipment . The free brochures and information on London & UK available in the lounge is most helpful to overseas travellers like me!
