it was very clean. the staff were most helpful. the room was amazing with tea and coffee making facilities, state of the art TV and superb bathroom. i would stay again without a doubt. - A very nice hotel, I was very pleased to stay there. The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne

We had the king room and the facilities and layout, space available was fantastic, decor and choice of room furniture is brilliant and gives added value to the stay, the room had two large double beds plus a lounge area and seating area for desktop work. Free internet and free minibar included as part of the package. It is 2 minutes walk from earls court tube and 1 minutes walk from earls court high street. Great for just heading into the city for shopping or a walk up to kensington high stree

I like the no fuss "fit for purpose" room accommodation which fitted my budget visiting London. The rooms and beds are clean. The shared toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The proximity to Earls Crt station and within Zone 1 Underground stations met my touristy needs. We also needed the kitchen facilities and coin operated clothes washing & drying equipment . The free brochures and information on London & UK available in the lounge is most helpful to overseas travellers like me!
