    Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The food was excellent, with home made breads, fresh fruit. Gail & Peter made us feel at home in their home, were very interesting to visit with.     It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view.     Adelaide House is located just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Brighton, and so makes a perfect base for either a business trip or a short city break/overnight stop. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was well above average. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to others. E - The hotel is convenient for the town and the beach, being opposite the old pier. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was brilliant and kept us going for most of the day until tea time.

    It was great to have the fresh flowers in my room the next day, a lovely thought. The breakfast in bed was great. I loved the room, really quaint. Really well situated couldn't have asked for a closer place to the sea and the shops. even time to pop back with goodies then off to beach later to watch the free outdoor cinema, then back to one of the... what people say » many restaurants only 5mins walk away. Perfect location, and parking too. - Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!

    The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we left the next day. We also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on in the sun. Everything was set out nicely for when we arrived. Was ni... what people say » ce and relaxed and didn't get penalised for checking out a little after our check out time. - The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

    A very good BnB great bed in the king size room. Wasn't too keen on the full English breakfast but my partner enjoyed it. The owners are very welcoming and gave us a lift to the marina saving us £15+ in taxi fair, it also meant we could get off and start the day. Would recommend to friends and family! 9/10 - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A good... what people say » welcome, our ensuite room was lovely. Super breakfast. Position good for the sea front and also for nearby restaurants and buses into Brighton. We hope to stay again on our next visit to the area.

    The hotel was bright, warm and cosy. We had a trouble free, warm and friendly welcome and our room, which was situated on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable and well worth the climb. The breakfasts were amazing, plenty of freshly prepared organic food. The organic food wasn't the reason we chose the hotel, but it has changed my way of ea... what people say » ting - delicious. 10/10 - We felt very welcome and appreciated the personal touches and effort that had obviously gone in to making any guests stay enjoyable.
