  Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

  I loved the location - just further up the road from Earls Court tube station - also the hot showers, very comfortable beds and room facilities..ample plug sockets, washbasin in room and an very handy underbed store (bring your own padlock!) for things you don't want to carry round whilst sightseeing...There is also a lounge area with TV and inter... what people say » net (£1 20 mins £3 for 1 hour)..The free luggage storage facilities were a bonus, so I didn't have to carry heavy luggage on the last day...Finally, a - I like the no fuss "fit for purpose" room accommodation which fitted my budget visiting London. The rooms and beds are clean. The shared toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The proximity to Earls Crt station and within Zone 1 Underground stations met my touristy needs. We also needed the kitchen facilities and coin operated clothes washing & drying equipment . The free brochures and information on London & UK available in the lounge is most helpful to overseas travellers like me!

  We were made very welcome by a friendly staff. We were very pleasesd to be able to leave our luggage on day of departure until 5.30pm at no extra cost.   We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the hotel as it was so close to the royal albert hall and was a little concerned about the some of the negative reviews the hotel got. (old,need of refurbishment etc). But this hotel was the best we've stayed in london for the price. 1.
