    The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and very efficient. The smallness of the hotel made it intimate and unique. The free breakfast was a great plus. The concierge was more than helpful. The room was furnished in antique style and very comfortable and pleasant with very nice bathroom. We had a king room with bed split to two twins an... what people say » d travelling with friend - very adequate space. - The Ashburn Hotel is conveniently located in Kensington and a few steps from the Piccadilly Line and easy access to the west end. The concierge was attentive to our needs, from bringing coffee, arranging airport transfers, to booking last minute tickets. Breakfast in the luxurious dining room was excellent. A wonderful hotel!

    stones throw from the palace - truly in the heart of london. the rooms, the staff, the dining - everything was absolutely perfect. they have a sister hotel that is literally down the street, it is more expensive and a perhaps a little more grand - but everything is 'modernized' with a blackandwhite motif ... and that hotel uses the restaurants at ... what people say » the rubens for their special packages. - From the moment we arrived at the Hotel to the minute that we left, we were treated like the most important people in the establishment. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.
