  I found the staff very friendly and helpful on reception. Helped with luggage up stairs and very helpful with directions etc. Staff in breakfast room also very friendly and would have made you anything. Breakfast lovely. Well equipped with plenty of closet space, mini fridge, tv, hairdryer and plenty of helpful advice on local restaurants, attracti - You get what you pay for. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying.   Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

  We stay at lancaster gate as a family of six. we loved the location unlike some other guests reviews i did find the apts to be clean i alway wipe surfaces when ever i stay in hotels etc and i found all the surfaces kitchen,dinning table,bedside cabinets etc to be clean. as well as bedding.the apt are nice with a little touch of luxury but they mus... what people say » t keep up with the maintance. - In my party of friends there was 5 adults and 2 children the youngest being 2. Our welcome was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was reasonably clean and was nice and toasty which after spending the evening in Hyde Park at Winter Wonderland was great!!!The location was perfect. I have already recommended it to friends.

  I was relocated to the Mayfair apartment as their booking engine double booked at the Sussex Garden apartments ... Having arrived later in the evening from Milan, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Claire ( or Miss "No Smoking") who made all the arrangements for transfer, was totally professional and reassuring... That alone gets full ... what people say » marks... The apt we got was splendid... Quiet lane and yet just 5 mins walk to Oxford St North and Marble Arch... I would have been happy in the apt - A great central location close to travel facilities. It was clean, a good size with everything needed to look after yourself for any length of time. There was even coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk provided for us on our arrival. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had a balcony which we could sit on at the end of each long day and chill out with a drink whilst watching the traffic and people pass by.

  The apartment was really big especially for somewhere in London for the same price,. It was very cheap for London, rooms only across the road were going for the same price and you got a lot less for your money. The staff replied straight away to all my concerns before arrival and everything was waiting for us as I had asked when we arrived. - It ... what people say » is in an excellent location. We could walk into London or catch the tube if we were feeling tired or had a big day planned and wanted to save our legs. The facilities of having an apartment rather than a room we preferred as importantly you have a washing machine and a small kitchen. Very convenient.
