This is a great place to stay, close to the cia, all the shops andrestaurants and the train station. You come and go as you please. Thestaff are extremely friendly. Unsure about booking after reading some reviews, but chose the hotel because of the location to the CIA. Worries were unfounded. Room was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. As we walked in the young lady on the reception was very polite and
helpful the position of the hotel was excellent there is no parking but
we parked in the st davids centre directly opposite the hotel and were
there for 20hrs and it only cost £11 if you dont want to take your car
the train station is only a 5 minute walk the room was really nice and
facilities were very good already planing another stay at the ibis
would reccomend value for money especially as it was only a 2 minute
walk into

When we arrived at the hotel the staff advised that they'd upgraded us to a business class suite on the top floor. The room and the view was fantastic. Champagne was sent up and it set the scene perfectly to pop the question.

We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.

the friendliness of the member of staff who agreed to meet us when we arrived at Cardiff, and came out of his way to allow us to drop off our luggage at the apartment early - and was very accommodating in allowing us to stay over the 11am departure, this meant a lot as we were very tired and the fact that is was raining at the time - thanks a lot.
