The flat was well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, microwave owen, coffe maker, huge TV set, DVD player). It was clean.   Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! The breakfast was wonderful, and again, the staff in the restaurant were fantasti - We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Anothe gust was there and staff (Deepak) offered us a flat to relax until our place is cleaned. Cleaning was great and was daily exept weekends. I asked for the water boiler to be replaced and it was done fast. Kitchen was full of what you need to enjoy cooking. I used the roof for BBQ and for enjoying London nights. Wifi was fast.

  First of all i am most certainly pleased with the serviced i had recieved. The apartment itself is extremely clean with exquisite interior design.
