  I liked the staff there and the best was the man. He was service-minded and spoke with me much. He was very patient. I was happy about the location near to the river and the many bridges. The relaxed and cool style attracted me. - The stuff are really nice! All of them. Comfortable, best area-near to everything, in the heart of the city.   The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.
